How jasperwick.org LLC Started

We didn't create this for everyone. We built it for the athlete who's forty, fifty, sixty—and ready to prove something to themselves.

Back in 2019, our founder noticed something frustrating. CrossFit gyms were geared toward younger crowds. Functional fitness communities skipped right over the 40+ demographic. If you weren't competing at elite levels, there wasn't really a place for you. That didn't sit right.

So we started small—a kettlebell meetup in Texas with seven people. Scaled movements. Real coaching. No judgment. The response was immediate. People weren't just getting stronger. They were reconnecting with their bodies, building genuine friendships, and discovering they could still push hard without blowing out a knee.

Today, jasperwick.org LLC runs scaled CrossFit classes, beginner functional movement workshops, kettlebell training meetups, and group WOD challenges across multiple states. We've trained over 500 athletes aged 40-70. And we're not slowing down. Each person who walks through our doors gets the same thing: smart programming, patient coaching, and a community that actually understands what it's like to start—or restart—at this stage of life.
